We are a new CrossFit box that follows the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterised by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

What does this mean? Here at FFH we run workout classes full of awesome people who want to improve their health and fitness. Each class is coached from start to finish to help you achieve your fitness goals. You will run, row, Olympic lift, perform gymnastic movements, and more.....

Who can join our classes? Anyone - no matter your age or current fitness level, our classes can be adapted to meet each person's specific needs.
